Open the device-specific cap and press the power button for 3 seconds.
Press the power button once more to set it to the mid-frequency mode(RED).

1. Apply Cream

When using the decive, apply a sufficient amount of cream.

2. RED Mid-Frequency Mode

! Check the intensity and irritation on the inside of your arm with the cream before use.

Press gently against the skin as if stamping.

3. 3 Levels control

Adjust the mid-frequency intensity according to your skin condition.
! Not recommended to use level 3 around the thin skin such as the eyes and mouth.

4. YELLOW/Absorption Mode

Draw circles to absorb the remaining cream.

5. After Use

After use, turn off the power and wipe with a dry tissue.
Attach it to the Shumage cream cap or the device-specific cap for storage.

Q. Do I have to use it with the Shumage cream?

A. The Shumage device needs to be used with products that can effectively transmit medium-frequency waves in order to feel the full effects.
We recommend using it with the Shumage cream, which has been custom-developed to suit the efficacy and intensity of the device.
For those who want to experience a stronger intensity, we recommend using it with the Shumage Shot Gold Seal Lifting Ampoule.

Q. The vibration mode works, but the EM mode doesn’t. Is my device faulty?

A. To check if your device is faulty, please follow these self-diagnosis steps:

 1) Ensure you have applied a sufficient amount of Shumage Cream to your face before using EMS mode.

2) Check if the device is fully charged.

3) If EM mode is not activating (the light should turn red when EM mode is on, and the intensity can be adjusted through 3 levels).

Q. The intensity feels different around my nose, forehead, and mouth.

A.The skin around the nose, forehead, and mouth is thinner compared to other parts of the face, which can make the electrical
stimulation feel stronger. We recommend starting with the lowest level, Level 1, for those areas.

Q. Can I use it on areas other than the face?

A. While this product is designed for facial care and can be used freely on the entire face, avoid using it
near the thyroid area around the Adam’s apple. Also, avoid using it on areas with dental work or implants.

Q. How do I charge it?

A. Charge the device using a 5V1A Type-C adapter. (Using an adapter exceeding 5V1A may damage the product due
to high voltage or overheating, so please make sure to check the adapter's specifications before charging.)

Q. The intensity of the Shumage device feels different than I expected. What should I do?

A. 1) If you want to increase the intensity and current flow of the device, try applying
Shumage Ampoule or your own serum before use. This will enhance the strength of the device's performance.

2) If you experience tingling or irritation, test the device on the inside of your arm first.
Start with the lowest intensity (Level 1) and gradually increase usage over time.
