Wrong Address Disclaimer


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping at that time.


Refund & Return Policy

At MEDITHERAPY, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth return and refund process.

■ Returns

To start a return, email support@meditherapy.co with [RETURN] in the subject line.

  1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@meditherapy.co with your order number, full name, email address used for the order, and your return request. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As our products ship directly from South Korea, we understand that return shipping may be costly and impractical. For this reason, we offer the following hassle-free return option:

  • Photo/Video Verification Refund: Simply send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue with your product, and we will process your refund without requiring you to ship the item back.
  • If you prefer to return the product: Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Korea facility.

■ Refunds

  1. Refund Period: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds typically take 1–2 weeks to process.
  3. Refund Conditions:
    • Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction or skin issues due to MEDITHERAPY products, a refund is available. The process will proceed upon submission of photos showing the reaction.
    • Product Defects: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at support@meditherapy.co.
    • Lost Packages: We do not provide compensation for lost packages except delivery mistakes by the courier. Clear evidence is required, and the courier must acknowledge the delivery error. If false claims are made regarding the delivery status, we may take action.
    • Customs Refusal: Please be aware that MEDITHERAPY does not offer refunds or exchanges for packages that are affected by customs issues.
  4. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. If the item was originally shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  5. Product Limitation: Only one product per person is eligible for a 100% refund.

■ Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods that have been opened or used beyond sampling. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

■ Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

■ Return/Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item (or review your photo/video evidence), we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received the refund within 15 business days after the return has been approved, please contact us at support@meditherapy.co.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and purchase our products online, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions (for example, for certain personalized or hygiene-sensitive products). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw (for example by email or contact form) before the 14-day period has expired. You must then send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

We will process your refund within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, and you will usually see the funds back in your account within 5–10 business days thereafter, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise and you do not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
