Returns & Refund Policy
As well as we expect you to love our products, we are welcome to assist you with items requested to be returned and refunded within 14 days since your purchased date. Yet, if the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund and/or exchanges.
If you have purchased any of the following items, you are not eligible for refund:
- Brush Roller
- Line Roller
- Smash Roller
- Soksal Booster
- Soksal Pad
- Soksal Spin*
- Soksal V
* If the item is not working properly, it will be exchanged under our warranty policy.
** You can request for exchange of the items you received wrong item, damaged, or defective only.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please Contact US at email@example.com with the following information:
1) Your order #
2) First and Last name
3) Email the order was made with
4) Your request
Once all the categories are checked and we will issue a refund with your original method of payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) excluding shipping & handling charges.
Order Confirmation emails cannot be used as proof of purchase. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the original method of payment the item was originally purchased.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Please understand the bank and/or credit card companies usually take additional 3-10 business days to affect your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend you to receive tracking information from your shipping courier for the delivery process. Also if items purchased over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are always welcome to any inquiries in English and Korean and try to reply respond within 24 hours. However, it can be delayed to answer on the following official Korean holidays.
Any items denoted as a clearance sale, promotional price* and/or holiday specials are not eligible to request for return and refund. All sales are final and it is not available for a price match as well. You may exchange the item if the item is damaged only.
