This is a great product for gentle exfoliation. I like that the swabs are separate from the liquid and the swab is very large. It’s the perfect size and shape for using on the face and getting into the areas around the nose and mouth. I go over my entire face, avoiding my eye area, then I dip the swab into the serum again and go over my problem areas a second time. The liquid has no scent and I had no stinging or redness after using it. My skin actually feels and looks smoother and brighter. You can use these daily, but I have sensitive skin so I like to use them once a week.

My skin LOVES this serum! Very soothing and calming for my skin concerns, and seems to help my skin stay nicely hydrated even in the harsh desert sun where I live. Seems to be helping clear up my skin issues very nicely, I definitely noticed a difference when I added this toy skincare routine.
This bottle is HUGE, bigger than any of my other serums, so the value for the price is amazing. I really like that the bottle neck has a reducer/drip guard to prevent wasted product, and I LOVE the crooked tip of the dropper, which makes applying the serum directly to my face very easy.
The texture starts off heavy but quickly thins out. Does not irritate my sensitive, oily skin.

This is a great cleanser that feels gentle, not harsh. I have been using this together with the "matching" face cream and they work great together. It has a gel like consistency but when met with water it sort of foams up like other cleansers. Although I don't have a bunch of breakouts of blemishes all the time I like to use this as it seems to keep my skin clear and not experiencing as many breakouts. I keep a few cleansers in rotation and I've recently added this one to the list. Make sure to use sunscreen the next day and if possible stay out of the harsh sun because this does have glycolic acid, which could make your skin extra sensitive. Give this a try and I would also recommend checking out the face cream from the same line. The expiration date is printed on the blister. This is made in Korea.

I like this face cream which has more of a gel like consistency than the usual cream type of consistency. It did not feel heavy and was easy to spread and apply all over my face. I appreciate that it doesn't make my face feel sticky or tacky after use and seems to be absorbed pretty nicely by my skin. I didn't experience any irritation or breakouts over the next few days. Gone are the days when you get face creams for acne prone skin and it stings or irritates, this one feels gentle. It does have glycolic acid so make sure to use sunscreen the next day or stay out of the harsh sun if possible as your skin could be more sensitive than usual. Remember that you are trying to heal and fix your skin so make sure you are not fixing one thing and damaging it at the same time, which defeats the entire purpose. This is a good one to try if you have some blemishes and breakouts and I think it is at about the price point of other similar products. They also have a cleanser that goes with this which I've been using together with this face cream. This is made in Korea. The expiration date is on the blister.

This face wash makes my face feel so nice! They give you a decent size bottle and you really don't need much more than a dime size to lather your whole face. It comes out as a clear gel but ones you get to lathering your face it starts foaming up which was a nice surprise! It did take a little bit of rubbing it around for it to start foaming. I showed this using my had in my pictures. This will do well with those that have sensitive skin. There is a light scent but I just can't pinpoint what it smells like.... This is super easy to rinse off so you won't be stuck under the faucet for a long time. Once it was rinsed off and I dried my face, all I could feel was how smooth it made my face feel!!! It also felt like I already had a moisturizer on it with how soft it left my skin. Love this!

MEDITHERAPY WRINKLE-FIT includes seven face masks and a roller. I have used many similar face masks, but none included a roller. Once removed from the packaging, the masks are individually wrapped and easy to apply. The mask provided full coverage and ample serum, moisturizing my face well after removing it. I used the roller immediately after application. I enjoy relaxing for 20 minutes with the mask on my face and not using a roller.

This gua sha is really well made and works great. This gua sha has a moderate thickness and weight, so it is very suitable for massaging the face and body.Even if I do not use it vigorously, the massage works well enough, and the various shapes and points suitably stimulate each part of the body. It's so good to use on the face, arms, legs, feet, and even the belly.Especially when I massage the soles of my tired feet and shoulders, the tiredness disappears. I have several gua sha and massage tools, but this one is the best I've used.It's a pity that there is no English manual, but the Amazon description explains well how to use it, so it's not difficult to use. This gua sha was made in South Korea. In particular, the gua sha was made in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do, and it is famous for its pottery in South Korea.

Wearing these overnight definitely pulls out something from my feet! They adhere well and stay on all night. They're comfortable to wear and walk on. They have a very cooling menthol effect especially after you take them off! Try them out! It's pretty interesting to say the least!

I put on a meditherapy stay cool healing patch on each foot bottom before I went to bed. I applied them to clean feet and went to sleep. I wore them for approximately 6 hours. When I took off the patches both a turned a light brown in certain areas of the patch.
When I got up my feet had this slight refreshing tingle and a cooling feel. It is 5 hours later and I still have this feeling and it feels nice.
The packaging is all in Korean. I don’t know how to read Korean, but if I correctly translated it looks to have menthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil and methyl salicylate. If anyone can read Korean and translate the ingredients that would be amazing!
I recommend this product, but would like to know what’s in it!

This is my absolute favorite part of my body care routine. As someone who is still new to gua shas and the concept of pressure points, I find this tool incredibly relaxing to use. Although the instructions aren't in English, I can still follow the images easily and understand how to use it for body massage and muscle relief. It's a ceramic gua sha, which I appreciate because it's not made of plastic and feels more natural and authentic.
Not only does using it feel incredibly soothing and relieving, but it's also easy to clean. The ceramic material is easy to wipe down and maintain, ensuring a hygienic experience. While I'm still learning about the different pressure points and techniques, I can already feel the benefits of incorporating this tool into my self-care routine. It's become an essential part of my body care regimen, providing a sense of relaxation and relief after a long day.
